Four complete Krampus one-shots for 2-3 players, together in one book.
Krampus: A Yuletide Quartet is a Christmas D&D bundle that collects all four Krampus one-shots for fifth edition in a single volume: The First Frost, The Naughty List, The Silence Yet to Come, and The Gnashing Court. Each is a complete, zero-prep adventure for 2-3 players at levels 2-3, built to run in one 2-3 hour evening, and each stands entirely on its own. Together they tell one larger story: the Winter Guardian seen across the Past, the Present, and the Future, and the crowned king all three have been feeding.

What’s in the Quartet
Four midwinter nights, four guardians, and one old debt that comes due across them all. Play them in any order. A warm chain-link carries from book to book, and a table that runs all four watches a single debt settle, night by night, toward the throne.
Book One: The First Frost
The First Frost is a melancholy midwinter mystery in a mountain village. The children are vanishing one a night, and the old shrine on the ridge is warm again. The table climbs into a frozen sanctum to learn what a betrayal made, and whether it can still be saved.
Book Two: The Naughty List
The Naughty List is a pulpy rooftop hunt through the harbor city of Gildenhaven, where the worst people vanish every midwinter and something is keeping a list. A Coal-or-Candle tracker marks the party as allies or prey by what they actually do.
Book Three: The Silence Yet to Come
The Silence Yet to Come is a bleak winter ghost story in a future where the cold won. The party wakes three hundred years late, joins a resistance, and races a third bell to the White Seat with Mercies and Banes in hand.
Book Four: The Gnashing Court
The Gnashing Court is the epic finale at the throne. Four gates, rival vassals, and the Coronation Bell countdown stand between the party and a king who is about to become the winter forever.
One Night or the Whole Winter
The Quartet works either way. Pull out one book for a single December evening, or run all four across the season and let the chain-link carry from night to night. Every adventure ends on a real choice with no wrong answer: put the guardian down, bind it, or set it free, and the book never tells your table which was right. Frequently Asked Questions
What is Krampus: A Yuletide Quartet?
It is a Christmas D&D bundle of four zero-prep 5e one-shots for 2-3 players: a mountain-village mystery, a rooftop hunt, a winter ghost story, and a finale at the throne of King Krampus.
Do I need to run all four in order?
No. Each is a standalone 2-3 hour one-shot, and you can play them in any order. A shared chain-link carries between them if you run more than one.
What edition and party size are these for?
All four are fifth-edition compatible, built for 2-3 players at levels 2-3, with zero prep required.
What is the difference between the bundle and the single books?
The bundle contains all four complete adventures in one volume. The single books each contain one adventure. The bundle costs about a third less than buying all four.
Are any of these too dark for a Christmas game?
Each book carries its own content notes in its introduction. The Silence Yet to Come is the darkest, with a frozen dystopia and forced labor, resolved by ending and never by gore. Read the notes and talk with your table before you begin.
Four winters, one debt, and a guardian the world stopped thanking. Open the book, light the coal, and find out what the winter is owed.
